Trakpactor 500SE makes impact in Holland
Powerscreen welcomed Dutch Distributor, Van Der Spek, and their customer, Boverhoff Demolition, to Northern Ireland this week to see the Trakpactor 500SR Impactor in production at the crushing centre of excellence in Omagh.
Boverhoff has a large machine park of Powerscreen crushing and screening machines. The Trakpactor 500SR impactor will be the eleventh Powerscreen crushing unit bought by Boverhoff. “The quality and reliability of Powerscreen machines and the quality and service from Powerscreen dealers’ for the Netherlands, Van Der Spek Vianen, are the basis for the repeat purchases” said Gerrit Nijhov from Boverhoff.
The Powerscreen® Trakpactor 500 is the flagship horizontal shaft impactor. It is versatile, efficient and highly productive, offering both excellent reduction and a high consistency of product yield in quarrying, recycling and demolition applications. It is ideally suited to contract crushing due to its high productivity and ease of set-up, operation and maintenance.
The Powerscreen® Trakpactor 500SR offers further versatility in operation with a screen recirculating (SR) conveyor which returns oversized product to the crusher for further reduction.
Like all Powerscreen crushers, the Trakpactor 500 comes complete with the Pulse remote monitoring system as standard. Powerscreen Pulse is a remote monitoring, fleet management system allowing crushing and screening equipment operators and owners to have unrivalled access to key data including comprehensive information on the GPS location, start and stop times, fuel consumption, tonnages, cone settings, wear ratings, operating hours, maintenance status, and much more. Analysing this data can improve machine operation, increase uptime and allow in-depth reporting and fleet management.
