Powerstone hosts demo day

Invited representatives of companies and institutions related to the extraction of stone could learn about the capabilities of the machines used in the mine. It demonstrated the aggregate production process – ranging from drilling works, crushing and screening, loading the material and transport of finished material from site.

The demo event was divided into five stations, which described the various work processes of the mine. At the first stop, participants learned about the mine itself as well as the drilling rigs and hydraulic breakers used in it. The next station was devoted to the first phase of crushing – where the new features of the huge new Powerscreen Premiertrak 600 jaw crusher was demonstrated along with Volvo excavators and wheel loaders. The third stop focused on the second phase of crushing, which included the Powerscreen 1000 Maxtrak cone crusher and Powerscreen Warrior 2400 mobile screening plant as well as Volvo wheel loaders. At the penultimate station guests heard about the advantages of the Powerscreen Premiertrak 300 jaw crusher. The fifth and final station was devoted to the presentation of Aftersales service, the issue of second-hand machines and how to optimise machine selection depending on application.

The event finished with a very interesting dinner held in the mine with artistic performances, fire shows and a variety of dishes served by huge campfires.
