According to ABTec GmbH CEO, Ing Markus Renz the company specialises in quarry operations but also handles recycled materials. The company has developed a broad and very satisfied customer base.

In addition to the production of high quality end products in the quarry, it is essential for smaller clients that ABTec can assure quality output material.

ABTec has a goal of being environmentally aware, being able to handle and treat construction and demolition waste helps with this goal.

In summer 2012 ABTec took delivery of a new plant – the Powerscreen® H5163R, supplied by Kuhn Baumaschinen.

While Mr Ing. Renz was impressed with the capabilities of the machine, one of the major factors in the decision to buy was the strong relationship his company has held with Powerscreen and Kuhn – with more than 30 years together in the local market.
