Powerscreen to participate at BAUMA China

Powerscreen is one of the most important international companies to confirm their participation at the 2020 edition of bauma China construction equipment exhibition. The exhibition is scheduled to go ahead in Shanghai from 24th – 27th November in spite of the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic globally.

According to the organisers website, “The health and safety of exhibitors, visitors and partners will continue to be top priority. The notice and guidelines of preventing and controlling the epidemic on organizing exhibitions published by Shanghai Municipal Commission of Commerce and Shanghai Convention & Exhibition Industries Association will be strictly followed during the show.

China’s economy is recovering apparently from the coronavirus shutdowns, and trade fairs are key to rebuilding economies. China unveiled a series of economic stimulus policies and the investment in infrastructure is expected to increase by 10%. Thanks to this, it is estimated that the growth rate of China’s construction machinery industry will reach 10% this year.”

Powerscreen will display the Trakpactor 320, a mid-sized horizontal impact crusher designed to offer operators and contractors both excellent reduction and high consistency of product shape for performance in quarry and recycling applications. With track mobility the plant is capable of working in the most demanding environments and features a rapid set-up time, fuel efficient direct drive system and excellent throughput capacity.

The Trakpactor 320 has already been chosen for several major road-building and infrastructure projects across China and the world. The machine is ideally suited to preparing road base materials for road building and is a specialist machine for recycling asphalt.

Powerscreen sales and support team along with dealers from across China will be available to meet clients during the exhibition and visitors should be reassured that a high degree of safety precautions for Covid-19 will be in place and strictly followed on the booth.
