Terex Management System (TMS)
Terex Management System (TMS) offers two tools for dealers - iSupport and e-commerce.
- iSupport provides dealers with access to a Knowledge Base which contains fault diagnosis bulletins, machines specification, service bulletins and much more. Should the dealer require further assistance then service requests can be submitted for any concerns, service requirements or training needs.
- e-Commerce allows online configuration and ordering of machines and machine parts.
