
Working as a key member of our management team and reporting to the Company Operations Director, you will lead a team of Manufacturing Engineers and be responsible for the continuous development and improvement of existing manufacturing systems, processes, procedures and equipment. You will plan, co-ordinate and implement the most efficient and cost effective production methods required to meet growing market demand - on time, within budget and within quality and safety standards. The role involves close co-operation between our Production, Engineering, Materials, Quality Assurance and Facilities Departments in order to focus on continued product development.
Ideally you should have an engineering related third level qualification and at least five years managerial experience gained within manufacturing, previous experience of lean manufacturing, JIT, continuous improvement techniques, ERP systems, Six Sigma and be computer literate. The post will be based in our Dungannon facility.

Due to our continued expansion vacancies have arisen throughout the departments for experienced Assembly Fitters and Welders who are capable of working in a team based environment building screening equipment or finished sub-assemblies.
Reporting to the line supervisor the individual should have proven assembly or welding ability, good mechanical skills, have a keen approach to problem solving and have the ability to work with minimal supervision. Successful candidates will have a positive outlook with reference to work ethic, reliability and attendance and quality of work.
A good awareness of health and safety procedures and safe systems of work
are crucial.
Preference will be given to employees who possess good electrical and hydraulic knowledge and welding experience.
The work will initially be day shift but ability to work a reasonable amount of overtime is important
